US INCOME TAX PREPARATION

PROCEDURE:

Scan all you forms and information (PDF format, multi-page preferred) multiple pages rather than multiple files is best. SEE What we must have below

Your return will be examined and a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you vial email.
Make your payment by your preferred method and email us payment notification. (Payment Instructions are on the invoice.)
We will contact you if we have any questions via email.
After Payment is received, your return will be completed (within a few days) & we will send you your copy via email in PDF format, together with a final invoice. If the amount is different from the pro-forma invoice you may have a refund or additional payment due.
You examine your return for completeness and notify us to proceed with your free efile.
You print, sign and scan form 8879 to us either scanned via email, FAX or snail mail.
You can print out hard copies from your PDF files at will.
We will forward to you the e-file status of your return and your expected date of refund transmittal (if you have a refund coming).
We will also send you additional files including reports and electronic files of all you submitted documents and other information. All your tax info will thereby be in one place for you.

Your filing status.
The full name, address, phone, date of birth, social security number of you, your spouse and all your dependents and their relationship to you and how many months they lived with you this tax year.
Attached Scanned or a FAXED Copy of your and dependents identification including SS card.
An accurate readable copy of all W2's, 1099's, K1's and any other of your income documents.
If you have a business or rental properties complete income and expense information is required.
Documentation of any loss carry forward items you may have. (Your previous years return would be best for this.)
Basic Information Form you can use to provide us your basic info. including:
1. Do you and/or your spouse want $3 to go to the presidential campaign fund?
2. Use this (Basic Info Form) as a guide or you can fill it out and scan back to us.
